Winter Wonderland Jeddah

Winter Wonderland Jeddah is a large-scale seasonal entertainment destination developed as part of Jeddah Season, transforming the city into an immersive winter-themed experience filled with rides, live entertainment, interactive attractions, dining, retail, and family activities. Spread across four distinctive zones—Toy Town, North Pole, Wild Winter, and Frost Fair—the destination offers a diverse entertainment program designed for visitors of all ages.

Saudi Architects provided Construction Management services for the development, supporting the coordination and delivery of the themed environments, attractions, visitor facilities, public spaces, and supporting infrastructure across an approximately 200,000 m² site. The project combines large-scale event planning with immersive placemaking to create a dynamic seasonal destination and a distinctive addition to Jeddah’s growing entertainment landscape.
