SUMOOD is a contemporary mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, conceived to create an integrated urban destination combining modern architecture, flexible spaces, and an active ground-level environment.

The project is characterized by layered architectural volumes, articulated façades, extensive glazing, and carefully integrated shading elements that provide visual depth while responding to Riyadh’s climatic conditions. Landscaped terraces and interconnected building components further enhance the overall urban experience.

Saudi Architects provided Construction Supervision services, overseeing the implementation of the architectural, technical, and construction requirements to ensure the project was delivered in accordance with the approved design vision and quality standards.
