Sky Towers is a prominent commercial office development located along King Fahd Road in Al Olaya, Riyadh. Developed by Rayek Real Estate, the project comprises a distinctive multi-tower complex designed to provide high-quality business environments within one of the capital’s most established commercial districts.

As Lead Design Consultant (LDC) and Construction Manager, Saudi Architects contributed an integrated architectural and delivery approach addressing the project’s functional, technical, and construction requirements. Defined by sweeping glazed façades, interconnected building volumes, and a distinctive contemporary form, Sky Towers provides flexible commercial spaces while establishing a recognizable architectural presence along Riyadh’s principal business corridor.
