Riyad Bank Tower - Khobar

Riyad Bank Tower – Khobar is a contemporary regional business and banking destination developed for Riyad Bank in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The project forms part of the bank’s expanding regional infrastructure, providing a modern workplace environment that supports its operations and presence in the Eastern Province.

As Lead Design Consultant (LDC), Saudi Architects developed an architectural solution that combines operational efficiency with a strong corporate identity. The composition is defined by layered volumes, extensive glazed façades, vertical shading elements, and a prominent central atrium, creating a distinctive architectural presence while supporting comfortable, efficient, and flexible working environments.
