Rasan Villas is a large-scale residential development located within Al Fursan Destination in Riyadh, developed by Nojoom Al Salam Investment & Real Estate Development in partnership with NHC. The project comprises 685 residential villas designed to provide contemporary family living within a well-planned and integrated community.

Inspired by Salmani architectural principles, the development features four distinctive villa models designed around generous living spaces and modern lifestyle requirements.

Saudi Architects provided Construction Supervision services, overseeing the implementation of architectural, technical, and quality requirements to support the delivery of a cohesive and high-quality residential environment.
