Outlet Riyadh

Outlet Riyadh was a large-scale temporary retail and entertainment destination developed in Riyadh as part of Saudi Arabia’s expanding events and lifestyle sector. Covering 146,624 m², the project achieved a Guinness World Record as the world’s largest pop-up outlet centre, creating a major shopping destination built around international brands, exclusive retail offers, dining, and family entertainment.

Saudi Architects provided Construction Management services for the project, supporting the coordination and delivery of the temporary retail environment, visitor facilities, public spaces, and supporting infrastructure. With more than 1,500 international brands participating, the development combined large-scale operational planning with an engaging festival atmosphere, creating one of Riyadh’s most prominent temporary retail experiences.
