Nakheel Tower

Al Nakheel Tower is a prominent commercial high-rise located along King Fahad Highway in Riyadh. Rising approximately 200 metres across 26 floors, the tower contributes a distinctive contemporary presence to the city’s evolving business skyline.

Developed for Rayek Real Estate, the project combines efficient commercial planning with a strong architectural identity expressed through its slender vertical form and glazed façade. Saudi Architects contributed Lead Design Consultant (LDC) and Construction Management services, supporting the project from design development through implementation while addressing the functional, technical, and construction requirements of a major high-rise development.
