Monirah AlAjlan Tower is a contemporary commercial development located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Designed to provide a modern and efficient business environment, the project combines flexible workplace spaces with a distinctive architectural expression defined by layered volumes, expansive glazed façades, and carefully integrated shading elements.

As Lead Design Consultant (LDC) and Construction Supervisor, Saudi Architects provided an integrated approach to the project’s design and implementation, coordinating its architectural, functional, and technical requirements. The building’s composition balances transparency, material warmth, and environmental responsiveness, creating a refined commercial destination with a strong and recognizable presence within Riyadh’s urban context.
