Karam Mall Majmaah

Karam Mall is a major retail and entertainment destination located in Al Majmaah, Saudi Arabia, developed to provide an integrated shopping and leisure experience for residents, visitors, and families. The mall brings together approximately 145 retail outlets, dining and café destinations, entertainment facilities, children’s play areas, and cinema experiences, supported by around 1,500 parking spaces.

As Master Planner, Lead Design Consultant (LDC), and Construction Manager, Saudi Architects contributed to the planning, design, and delivery of the development, coordinating its architectural, functional, and technical requirements. The project creates a contemporary commercial environment designed around accessibility, diverse visitor experiences, and a strong destination identity, establishing Karam Mall as an important retail and leisure hub within Al Majmaah.
