Fairmont Hotel

Fairmont Riyadh is a five-star luxury hospitality destination located within the Business Gate in Riyadh’s Qurtubah District, approximately 15 minutes from King Khalid International Airport. The hotel comprises 298 rooms and suites and is designed to serve both international business travelers and leisure guests within one of the capital’s established corporate destinations.

As Lead Design Consultant (LDC) and Construction Manager, Saudi Architects contributed to the development and delivery of an integrated hospitality environment combining contemporary luxury with a distinctive architectural identity. The hotel features extensive meeting and event facilities, multiple dining destinations, executive and VIP spaces, a Fairmont Spa, fitness facilities, and an indoor swimming pool. Its monumental entrance, glazed central atrium, landscaped surroundings, and prominent domed architectural elements create a recognizable landmark within the Business Gate development.
