Ewan Sedra 04 is an integrated residential community located within SEDRA in Riyadh, developed by Retal in collaboration with ROSHN. The project comprises 363 residential units designed to provide contemporary family living within a well-planned community that combines distinctive architecture, integrated services, and convenient access to key destinations across the capital.

Inspired by Salmani architectural principles, the development offers a diverse range of villa designs supported by landscaped spaces and community amenities that promote quality of life and a strong sense of place. Saudi Architects provides Construction Supervision services for the project, overseeing the implementation of architectural, technical, and quality requirements to support the delivery of a cohesive and high-quality residential environment.
