Ethraa Mall is a large-scale retail development in Riyadh conceived as an integrated shopping and leisure destination offering a contemporary environment for retail, dining, entertainment, and visitor services.

As Master Planner, Lead Design Consultant (LDC), and Construction Manager, Saudi Architects provided an integrated approach spanning the planning, architectural design, and delivery of the development. The project is organized around efficient circulation, accessible entrances, generous retail spaces, and a distinctive contemporary architectural identity, creating a functional and welcoming commercial destination designed to serve a diverse range of visitors within Riyadh’s evolving retail landscape.
