Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley is a luxury hospitality development located within Laysen Valley, one of Riyadh’s prominent mixed-use destinations, directly opposite the Diplomatic Quarter. The 170-key hotel is designed to serve both international business travelers and leisure guests, combining contemporary hospitality with convenient access to key corporate and lifestyle destinations across the capital.

As Lead Design Consultant (LDC) and Construction Manager, Saudi Architects contributed to the development and delivery of an integrated hospitality environment that balances architectural identity, operational efficiency, and guest experience. The hotel incorporates spacious guestrooms and suites, refined dining venues, an indoor swimming pool, fitness and wellness facilities, an executive lounge, and dedicated meeting and event spaces, creating a sophisticated urban retreat within the wider Laysen Valley development.
