Saudi Architects to Supervise Avenir Al Fursan

Saudi Architects announced its collaboration with Future Homes Investment Company to supervise the implementation of Avenir Al Fursan, a residential development located within Al Fursan Destination in Riyadh.

According to official project information published by NHC, Avenir Al Fursan comprises 343 residential apartments across a site exceeding 53,867 square metres.

Through its supervision role, Saudi Architects will support the project’s implementation with a focus on quality, coordination and alignment with the approved design and delivery requirements.

The collaboration reflects Saudi Architects’ continued involvement in major residential developments contributing to Riyadh’s expanding urban landscape and the growth of high-quality housing destinations across the capital.
