Consultant for Rasan Village at Al Fursan

Saudi Architects has been appointed as the engineering consultant for Rasan Village, a major residential development located within Al Fursan Destination in Riyadh.

The appointment is officially recorded by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), which lists Saudi Architects Engineering Consulting Company as the project consultant.

The development is currently under construction, with completion planned for 10 April 2028. According to NHC, Rasan Village will comprise 771 residential villas, developed by Nojoom Al Salam Investment and Real Estate Development, contributing to the continued expansion of high-quality residential communities within Al Fursan.

Through its consultancy role, Saudi Architects supports the project’s delivery with a focus on engineering coordination, quality and alignment with the approved development requirements. The appointment reflects Saudi Architects’ continued involvement in large-scale residential developments shaping Riyadh’s growing urban landscape.
